Todd Margaret, an inept American with no sales experience, is put in charge of his company’s London branch to sell an energy drink. Out of his depth in British culture and business alike, he tries to manage a sales team that consists of just one employee, Dave. Each episode opens with Todd already in dire circumstances, then follows the poor decisions that help explain how he got there.
