Archie MacDonald, a young restaurateur, is called back to Glenbogle, the childhood home he left behind. Once there, he is told that he is now the new Laird of Glenbogle, a title that ties him again to the place and family history he thought was in the past. The series follows Archie as his life is pulled back toward the estate and its expectations.
