After a lightning strike during community service leaves a group of young offenders with strange new powers, Nathan, Kelly and the gang are still trying to make sense of what has happened to them. As they adjust to their abilities, they discover the storm changed more than just their lives, bringing them into contact with other affected people and a new world of weird characters.
