After a car crash leaves Chris and five other young travelers stranded, the group sets out on foot through the remote woods of West Virginia in search of help. But as they move deeper into the forest, they lose their way and discover they are being hunted by three disfigured, cannibalistic mountain men, turning a roadside accident into a fight for survival.
