A self-serious Harvard student is sure his thesis will secure him an honors degree, but his plans unravel when the paper ends up in the hands of a homeless man. As the man holds the work hostage and makes demands in return, the student is forced into an unexpected clash with someone who may have more to teach him about life than any classroom.
