Vincent & Theo follows the tragic story of Vincent van Gogh while giving equal attention to his brother Theodore, whose support helps sustain him. Based on the letters written between the two brothers, the film broadens the familiar portrait of the artist and offers a view of the places and landscapes that shaped many of Vincent’s paintings.
