Survivalist Burt Gummer returns to his hometown of Perfection, Nevada, for the first time in years, only to find the isolated little town in danger once again. The man-eating Graboids have changed, and their deadliest evolution yet threatens the place Burt once swore to protect. With Perfection shaken by a new round of attacks, he must face the creatures on familiar ground.
