Earth astronaut Capt. Chuck Baker lands on Planet 51 expecting an uninhabited world, only to find a thriving alien civilization that looks a lot like 1950s American suburbia. Seen as an invader and pursued by the military, Chuck must evade capture, recover his spaceship and get back before it leaves orbit, with help from a sympathetic little green resident.
