A young burnout learns that his estranged father has died and left him in charge of an apartment complex. Eager to handle the responsibility quickly and cut the last ties to a parent he barely knew, he instead finds himself pulled into the lives of the building’s eclectic tenants. As he manages the place, he begins to grow up and understand the father who was absent from his life.
