World-renowned author Harry Newman is unable to move past the untimely deaths of his wife and daughter. Withdrawn from the world and confined by grief inside his home, he becomes increasingly fixated on a new neighbor whose haunting resemblance to his daughter stirs feelings he cannot control, drawing him into an unhealthy attachment shaped by loss and isolation.
