A brother and sister are driving home for spring break along an isolated country highway when a maniac in a beat-up truck nearly runs them off the road. Shaken but still on their way, they later see the same driver forcing what looks like a body down a sewer pipe. Their discovery draws them toward a terrifying flesh-eating creature in the middle of a ritualistic spree.
