Rachel is an agoraphobic life coach whose work is thrown into crisis when she loses her biggest client. Facing financial pressure, she agrees to take on an in-person client, even as anxiety keeps her tied to the safety of her apartment. With support from her clients and her delivery guy, Rachel begins finding the courage to face the outside world and trust what she has within herself.
