After a group of mobsters takes everything from him, Laco, a grumpy handyman, is left wheelchair-bound and watching his life spiral. In the middle of his anger and loss, he forms an unexpected friendship with Gabo, a local Roma who helps him see his situation from a new perspective. As Laco faces his changed reality, the idea of revenge starts to feel increasingly tempting.
