In a corrupt city with an eccentric and hostile nightlife scene, a dejected bartender and an aging drag queen struggle to get by while fear spreads around them. Young gay men are being targeted by a masked maniac who slaughters his victims and drains them of blood, turning the nights they know into something increasingly dangerous.
