As summer vacation comes to an end, Ben Tennyson is struggling with a critically damaged Omnitrix when a new threat sets its sights on him. A mysterious alien bounty hunter, the evil Mechamorph Warrior known as Retaliator, believes Ben is responsible for something he did not do. With Retaliator determined to destroy all aliens, Ben must face a dangerous enemy while his most important device is failing.
