Three heroin addicts spend a chaotic day driving across Los Angeles in search of what they need. As each stop fails to bring relief, their situation grows increasingly desperate, pushing them from one lead to the next. The longer the search goes on, the more absurd and frantic their attempts become, turning a grim need into a ridiculous, uneasy scramble through the city.
