A clickbait journalist is assigned to travel to the Appalachian foothills and cover a Bigfoot Convention, expecting another easy listicle built around oddball sightings and local folklore. But as he follows the story, the assignment begins to seem less simple than it first appeared, and he finds that there may be more behind the convention, the subject, and his article than meets the eye.
