After time in the military, a former street thug comes back to his old Philadelphia neighborhood hoping to face the life he left behind. But returning home pulls him back into the world of organized crime, where he crosses paths again with the mob boss who helped push him toward becoming a soldier in the first place. As old tensions resurface, his past proves hard to escape.
